다양성의 올바른 이해

 

다양성에 대하여, 저는 '21세기의 보편적 진리'의 702p에 제시해 놓은바 있습니다.

다양성은 '양립된 선'의 위치에서 허용되는 관계성을 띕니다.

즉, 극단적인 대립을 추구하는 테러집단이나 사악한 국가들마저도 다양성에 포함될 수는 없다는 사실입니다.

 

우리가 잘못이해하고 있는 것은 다양성이 마치 모든것을 포함하고 포함해야한다고 착각한다는 사실이 될 것입니다.

하지만, 명백히도 다양성은 선과 악에서 악을 포함하고 있지는 않습니다.

악마저도 다양성에 포함시킨다면, 그 사회는 생존해내지 못하게 될 것입니다.

 

"다양성은 시와 때, 장소와 능력, 자격, 상황 등의 조건에 따라, 선과 악의 범위에 포함시키게 될 수 있다."

 

또하나 우리가 잊지말아야 할 사실은 이러한 다양성은 시와 때, 장소와 능력, 자격, 상황 등의 다양한 조건에 따라, 그 선과 악의 범위에 따른 올바른 다양성의 자격이 달라질수도 있다는 사실이 될 것입니다.

 

예를 들어볼까요?

미국이 원자폭탄을 개발할때, 그것을 제조하는 일반 기술자가 시시비비를 따지며 방해했다면 어떻게 되었을까요?

고도의 국가정책 및 기밀이 요구되는 국가정책에 있어서, 민간이아닌, 공무원 개인의 의견에 의해 국가정책의 기밀을 누설하며 방해하고 집단적으로 행동하는 것은 악이 될 수 있는 것입다.(집단이기주의는 악이다.)
즉, 공무원에게 있어서 그 자격과 역할은 중요하다고 볼 수 있을 것입니다.

(이의나 다른 의견이 있다면 적법한 절차와 과정을 거쳐 신중하게 진행될 수 있도록 해야할 것입니다.)

 

 

참고로,

공무원들이 미래의 막강한 과학기술력을 이용하여 과도한 권력을 가지게 될 경우, 그것은 정화되지 못하는 엄청난 파괴력의 위협적 권력이 될 수도 있을 것입니다.(오히려 일반 정치집단은 국민에 의해 정화가 가능하다.)

이것은 집단적 중우정치, 집단이기주의 등으로 변질되어 자유 민주주의를 심각히 위협하고 왜곡하여, 또다른 전체주의 성향을 띄게 될 것입니다.

미래의 집단 이기주의에 의한 전체주의는 아무리 민주주의라고 하더라도, 민주주의를 심각히 훼손시키고 인류에 큰 위협이 될 이기적 행위들을 자행하게 될 수 있다는 사실을 잊지 말아야 합니다.

단순히 과거적 시점에서 바라보아서는 안됩니다.

과거에는 그런데로 정화가 가능하였지만, 미래에는 과학문명의 힘에 의해 정화가 원천적으로 매우 어려워지고 단한번의 실수로도 돌이킬 수 없는 피해를 끼치게 될 수 있습니다.

그때, 잘못된 판단과 이기적인 의사결정에 의한 미래 인류의 실수는 인류 전체를 파멸로 이끌고 갈 수 있다는 사실을 결코 잊지 말아야 할것입니다.

 

정의가 바로 서지 않는 미래 인류는 매우 위험한 곡예를 하게 된다는 사실을 명심하세요.

단순히, 그때가되면 해결이 가능할거라는 생각을 하지 마십시오.

한순간의 실수로 세계는 전쟁에 휩싸이게 될 수 있고, 핵전쟁, 가공할 테러, 전염병, 인공지능의 문제등이 발생하는 순간, 인류는 수십억의 희생을 치르게 될 것입니다.

그 대상이 바로 당신이 될 수 있다는 사실을 잊지 말아야 할 것입니다.

 

"미래 과학문명의 사회는 단순히, 걱정을 많이 해야하는 것이 아니라, 매우 신중하게 보완대책과 다양한 문제점들을 생각해보고 짚어가며, 이성적 능력에 의한 위험과 사고를 미연에 예방할 수 있어야 한다."

 

항상 말하는 것이지만, 과거에 그러하였다고 미래에도 그러해야한다고 생각하지 말아야 할 것입니다.

과거와 미래는 질서의 원칙과 상황, 조건이 다를 수 밖에 없습니다.

과학문명을 다룰 자격이 되지 않는다면 그 자격을 갖출때까지 엄청난 희생을 치루고 또는 자멸적 과정을 겪게 될 수도 있게 될 것입니다.

일개 국가의 경우에서도 인류의 진정한 가치를 실현할 자격을 갖추지 못한다면, 오히려, 또다른 전체주의로 인류 전체를 위험에 빠트리게 될 수도 있습니다.

 

강대국들이 핵무기 확산을 막는데, 그 이유가 뭐라고 생각하나요?

비단, 그것이 핵무기에만 한정된다고 볼 수 있을까요?

테러집단, 종교단체, 이익단체, 집단이기주의 단체, 전체주의 등, 개나소나 가공할 무기나 힘을 가지고 있다면 어찌될까요?

정신차려야할 것입니다.

미래에는 단순히 무기에만 국한되는 것이 아니라, 소프트웨어적이고 기술적인 모든 분야에 그 영향력이 확대되게 될 것입니다.

인공지능? 에너지 기술? 생명공학? 생명윤리? 바이오기술? 환경문제? 정신적 고사상태? 정신적 성숙능력, 정신문명의 총체적 관념, 철학, 과학문명에 예속되어 존재성을 잃어가는 생명의 파멸상태? 등 수없이 많은 분야에서 과학문명에 따른 세심한 주의와 준비가 필요하게 될 것입니다.

 

 

어쨌든, 미래 사회에 한번 변질된 민주주의는 그 회복이 매우 어려울 수 있으며, 또한, 한순간의 변질로도 인류 전체에 큰 위협을 끼치게 될 수 있다는 사실을 잊지 말아야 할 것입니다.

이유는 단하나입니다.

올바른 민주주의, 정신문명을 건설하지 못한다면, 자멸과 파괴를 통한 엄청난 희생을 초래할 뿐이라는 사실을 명심해야할 것입니다.

(심지어는 미래사회에 고도의 정신적 능력을 갖춘 현자들에 의한 자유 평등 실현의 정치형태까지도 대두될 수 있습니다.)

 

미래 가공할 과학문명을 토대로하는 집단적 권력은 정화하기 어려운 새로운 형태의 전체주의가 될 수 있을 것입니다.

 

미래의 다양성에 있어서도 집단이기주의나 중우, 정신적으로 덜성숙된 자들의 행위까지도 모두 다양성에 포함될수는 없는 것입니다.

 

 

따라서, 아직도 과거의 시점이나 잘못된 이해, 관념으로 미래사회를 해석하고 바라보며 위험을 초래하고 곡예를 하는 다양한 문제에 대하여 본질적 해답과 정의를 추구하기위하여 이러한 철학적 관념을 제시하였다는 사실을 잊지 말아야 할 것입니다.

올바른 선과 악의 관념, 정의, 분별력, 철학적 관념없이 미래사회를 바라보게 된다면, 그것은 큰 재앙이 될 수 밖에 없을 것입니다.

즉, 이 책은 인류의 '본질적 생존'을 추구해주는 정신문명의 근간을 제시한 철학서라는 사실을 명심해야 하는 것입니다.

 

지금부터 미래를 준비하지 않는다면, 쏟아지는 과학문명의 힘에 그 균형을 잃어버리게 될 것입니다.

이미 인류는 미래사회의 실질적 문턱에 다가와있고, 그 자격에 대한 시험대에 놓여있다는 사실을 잊지 말아야 할 것입니다.

올바른 관념을 토대로 정치, 경제, 사회, 문화 등의 미래를 준비하지 않는다면 다가올 과학문명을 제대로 다루지 못하고 악용하거나 남용, 오용, 혼란에 빠지게 될 것입니다.

결코 먼미래의 일이 아닙니다.

 

오히려, 이성적 사고능력에 의하여, 미리 대비하고 준비한다면, 빠르고 효율적인 과학문명의 성장이 가능할 수도 있을 것입니다. 또한, 그러한 준비된 정신문명이 없다면, 또한, 위태로운 곡예를 하게 될 것이며, 더불어, 본질적 생존을 위한 과학문명의 힘을 제대로 누리지 못하게 될지도 모를 것입니다.

지금부터라도 인류는 올바른 정신문명의 그 토대를 쌓을 준비된 자세가 필요하며, 교육하고 다듬으며 미리 정신적 관념을 본질적으로 제대로 형성시켜야 할 것입니다.

 

"공동체의 개념은 부족에서 국가, 이제는 인류 공동체로 확대되는 시점이다."

 

공동체의 개념은 이제 과학문명의 발달에 따라, 인류 공동체로 확대되고, 그 정의를 새롭게 쓰지 않으면 안되는 '공동 생존'의 틀안으로 들어가고 있다는 사실을 잊지 말아야 할 것입니다.

그 토대를 튼실히하여 인류적인 관점을 형성하고 유지하는 것이 왜 중요한지 계속 설명해야할까요?

 

아직도 그러한 공동체의 변화에 따른 개념을 이해하지 못하고 제각기 가진 과학문명의 힘을 토대로 싸우거나 다투면 어찌될까요?

그때에는 바로 공동의 자멸을 초래하게 될 것입니다. 부족집단의 시절에 공동의 질서를 유지하지 못하면 부족이 멸망하였고, 국가집단의 시절에 국가 공동의 질서를 유지하지 못하면 국가가 멸망하였듯이, 인류집단의 공동체 시절에 인류공동체의 정의 실현과 질서를 유지하지 못하게 된다면 인류자체도 자멸하게 될 것입니다.

지금부터 그러한 정신적 관념을 서서히 형성시키지 않으면 안된다는 사실을 잊지 말아야 할 것입니다.

정신적 관념은 오랜시간과 과정이 소요되기 때문에, 그 준비에 있어서 현재의 시점은 매우 중요합니다.

 

더불어, 이러한 정신적 관념은 국가 자체로보아도 미래지향적이고 창조, 효율적이며 발전적인 국가를 건설하고 유지시켜나갈 수 있기 때문에, 더욱 유익하다는 사실도 기억해야 할 것입니다.
